It was back to Sun with Moon Japanese Dining over at Central since it was still having the 30% off food items promotion. I was not feeling particularly hungry and so ordered 2 dishes.
Salmon sashimi to supplement my main of mini chirashi. The sashimi was fresh and was quite think too. How I missed the thick pieces of salmon sashimi in Vancouver.
The mini chirashi was good. The scallop was so sweet. All the seafood was wonderful when paired with the sushi rice underneath. Yummy. It came with a bowl of miso soup which was a perfect end to a satisfying simple meal.
