The thing is, we hardly go to RTC except for Sunday dim sum at the Chinese Restaurant. When it first opened, we did explore the place and facilities. Did you know they also have rooms like a hotel, so you can rent to stay there.

There is also a bowling alley and games arcade, besides the usual tennis courts and gym. There are ballrooms for functions and other restaurants. The Western food restaurant (not sure of the name) is always full house on weekends for the lunch buffet and they do not take reservations at all. The Japanese food is pretty decent based on my last experience. The bar lounge is warm and cosy with English-style plush armchairs. Nice for an afternoon tea.
It has gone through several managment changes and that probably explains why the food at the Chinese Restaurant is so bad now.
