Every CNY, we will have at least 3 home made yu-sheng for lo hei during the 15 days of celebration. This is one of them - Ai (in Chinese, meaning Love). It is quite apt, isn't it?Besides celebrating the new year, heralding the year of the Dragon, it is also about family and love.
