Tanuki Raw

I do like the twist Tanuki Raw in OrchardCentral  put on its sushi. It is probably more crowded in the evening with it's happy hour and promo prices on fresh oysters and salmon sashimi. 

My favorite sushi roll is the hamburger. It has minced beef in the rice roll which is then deep fried. Heaven  

They also do a weekday lunch special on its rice bowls. Prices start from $10 and includes a salad and miso soup. 

I had the salmon lover set for $13++. It includes salmon sashimi, salmon sushi and salmon nigri. Not a lot but ok for a light lunch. 

I love the lotus root chip on the salad. The miso soup has plenty of sliced onions making it one of the naturally sweetest soup around.
