I happened to walk past Prima Taste at Centrepoint and decided to buy the Fish Curry mix to try. This was the result. Pieces of fish with eggplants and tomatoes.The curry was Indian style with lots of spices and chilies and assam. So it was pretty nice, since I loved assam for the tangy gravy. Due to the spices, it felt very heavy and rich. Utterly delicious over white rice. There was nothing better than savory curry drenched rice with fresh fish and veggies.
