Oyster Mee Sua

I had this for dinner the other night at Plaza Singapura basement. It is not from the Shih Lin Taiwanese snack outlet but something else, but with the same concept as Shih Lin. It also sells the fried chicken and pancakes with toppings.

The mee sua is very soft and the broth is flavorful. The oysters are pretty fresh and I like that they are generous with the shredded chicken pieces. I like the dashes of vinegar and chili and pepper and coriander. Very tasty. Unfortunately it doesn't fill you up for long. I got hungry 2 hours after consuming this.
