There are only a few stalls which I patronized when I am at the Food Republic over at Suntec City. The Thunder Tea Rice stall is one of them. I usually order the basil chicken over white rice which will come with egg and soup (soup not included if you order to-go).I was feeling a bit peckish and also ordered another add-on of tofu and omelette. I didn't realize I could just order the tofu on its own too.
I loved how the basil brought out the taste of chicken and the sauce. The chilis added an oomph to the dish too. A simple and hearty meal.
