It has been a while since we last went to Tonkichi. We were dead tired after a whole afternoon of shopping. While it was fun to hit the stores, it was also draining. It sapped the energy - walking up and down Orchard Road. Far East Plaza, DFS, Takashimaya, Paragon, back to DFS and then dinner.
We decided to share the Tonkichi Twin Set which can feed 2. The set consisted of pork loin, fillet, prawns and vegetables. It came with rice, cabbage, miso soup, pickles, appetizer and dessert. I loved the seasame seeds where we ground them. The aromatic scent made the food tasted better. We also ordered a side order of curry to go with the deep fried food and rice. So good.
