I tried to make the dry chicken curry but obviously it failed :( Boo hoo. It is chicken curry over coconut rice. The rice is good but the curry is not that great. Still edible but not nice.
Mainly because my recipe has a missing ingredient - chili powder! It was not stated in there. And I am not experienced in making curry to know instinctively what need to be in there. I know it looked wrong but I had no idea what.
Another mistake I made was using fresh chilies. It should be dried chilies, plus I used green chilies (no red chilies in supermarket, need to go to the Asian supermarket). So yeah. It flopped big time.
