The place was nice, zen looking with lots of wood and simple furnishings. The menu looked pretty extensive and it was a tough choice deciding on what to have.
In the end, I ordered the chirashi set which came with pickles and miso soup. The seafood was pretty fresh though the roe could be better.
We shared the grilled seabass which was quite a disappointment. It was not melt in your mouth soft but a bit tough. I still love the seabass from SALT restaurant (closed down now).It was a decent place but food was not amazing. The Central has lots of Japanese restaurants and there are always lines forming outside most of them.
