Sun with Moon is having a Wagyu promotion for January and we decided to head there for a dinner. It was late when we got there around 9+ pm, so I was not that hungry. Tempted by the wagyu beef, I ordered a wagyu daikon nikomi.
It came simmering in a tasty broth and was served with a slightly spicy vinegar sauce which went very well with the beef.
Thick tender pieces of wagyu grade 9+ beef and radish. There were about 4-5 pieces of the beef and 3 pieces of the daikon. A fairly light simple meal to satisfy the tummy. I also ordered a Rainbow Roll just for some carbs, plus I wanted wasabi!
