Finally got round to getting the ingredients to make the cupcakes as per Sherie's recipe. It looked and tasted pretty good. I love the icing. That was so so so utterly heaven! I was not really an icing person, but this was real yummy!
The cake itself was alright, could be better. Maybe it was because I didn't add baking soda since I didn't have it. I only added the baking powder. Will try again with baking soda. Oh, and I forgot the baking cups too. Lol. This was not very well prepared. Hopefully the next batch of cupcakes will be even better.
