A friend recommended Euphon Menthol Lozenges which I bought from the Guardian Pharmacy as I was coughing non-stop and it worked pretty well. It helped to soothe the throat and stop the coughing spell.I like that it looked like usual pastilles and the white flecks looked like sugar but it was not so sweet like sugar. It did not stick to the fingers too. It tasted cool which was probably due to the menthol.
My cough attacks had reduced and I thought I finally beat it yesterday but it came back again today. So yes, 3 weeks and counting. At least I have something on hand to cut off the attack.
