Pumpkin Spice Log
Our handcrafted cream cheese-and-cake dessert is incredibly moist and tasty.
We bake the spicecake using lots of ripe pumpkin with pinches of clove and cinnamon. Then we spread it with a rich cream cheese filling that we've fluffed up with light, sweet whipping cream. Next we roll it by hand and frost it with even more cream cheese. The result is moist and dreamy – a great dessert cake because everyone gets lots of frosting. Serves 8 to 10.
