I actually wanted to buy lobster bisque from Saybons but it was sold out. So I decided to get the oyster mee sua from the stall in the basement of Plaza Singapura. It has been more than half a year since I last had this. Or has it been a year now? Besides Shih Lin Taiwanese snack food, there is this outlet which I can never recall the name. I only recognize it based on its yellow signboard and packaging.
It was good. A delicate balance of the cilantro, vinegar, fried shallots and chili gave the umami factor which makes you want to slurp it all up. I like it for a light and satisfying meal.
