This is a pretty much nondescript outlet serving Japanese and Korean food at Shaw Tower. I ordered the Hokkaido Ramen. Yes I am into Hokkaido Ramen now, ever since I tried the one at Sun with Moon Dining.This paled so much in comparison. It was average. The ramen was not al dente. The meat was ok, there was no dollop of Hokkaido butter. But they were very generous with the ingredients. I doubt I will go there again, unless there was no other alternative.
