I was at the Esplanade a couple of weeks and saw this sight in the morning. I think the men were cleaning the roof or something. For a weekday morning, it was packed with students on a class field trip. There are some renovation works going on near the waterfront area.I think the Esplanade kinda grows on you. The design is certainly different with the spikey covering the glass topped roof. The shape of the roof changes when view at different angles.
