Qi Ji Kaya Toast

A traditional typical breakfast in Singapore, or at least in the yesteryears of a couple of decades. A simple meal of kaya butter toast, with 2 half boiled eggs and a choice of freshly brewed coffee or tea.

It was satisfying though the butter melted pretty fast and dripped onto my fingers making it a bit messy. The eggs were perfectly cooked. Not too runny. This would be the type of brekkie or snack I would have maybe once in many months :p Somehow I still try not to take more than 3 eggs per week. School health education trained (brainwashed) me too well. Lol.
