Brunch at Eggspectation

If you love eggs, you would adore this cafe-restaurant Eggspectation. It is all things eggs. Besides the egg dishes - scrambled, omelette, poached, over-easy, eggs benedicts, etc - you can also get salads, sandwiches, juices, burgers, pastas and entrees. Just like any other restaurant.

I ordered the Breton Benedict which is two eggs poached, two crêpes, black forest ham, gruyere cheese with our classic hollandaise sauce. It is so yummy! The portion is huge though. Kamni ordered the Eggstravaganza which is two eggs (any style) and two slices of french toast, choice of sausages, ham or bacon, served with grilled potatoes and chef’s fruit garnish.

I think I am in love with eggs benedict after I tried the one at Marmalade Pantry. That was so good too.
Eggspectation is only in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal in Canada. So there is none in Vancouver. Darn.
