Grazie Ristorante

My first taste of Italian food in Toronto - Grazie. It is along Yonge and Eglinton.

The caesar salad was very fresh. The lettuce was crisp, dressing not runny and was just right. Not too pungent.

I ordered a pasta dish - Tasca. It was fresh pasta filled with ricotta, spinach, mushrooms and brie baked in creamy tomato porcini sauce. You could literally taste the freshness of the pasta. It was al dente too. And the amazing thing was, it didn't taste too cheesey at all even though it had ricotta and brie. The sauce was light to the palate.
We shared the tiramisu. It was 3 mounds, so each of us had one. Soft, creamy and drenched with espresso and liquers. It was gorgeous and it didn't feel so sinful when shared ;p
